Gifts come in different wrapping and packages. They are not always wrapped in luxurious paper with fancy bows! Often times we are deterred because they are not in the form that we visually consider desirable.  Many wonderful gifts have been automatically moved to the trash because they did not “look the part.” Just imagine how many wonderful people we miss out on because we get overly consumed in the packaging. That’s not to say that we should accept any old thing but that we should further investigate beyond the outside layers. Many times people say they are looking for an opportunity but ignore ones right in the faces. Some say I have a desire for a quality relationship yet ignore people who have strong healthy qualities in their lives. It’s time to look beyond the wrapping even if the paper is not to our standards.
